SUP FOR FITNESS COMES TO OAKMONT ON THURSDAY EVENINGS
Starting this June, SurfSUP Adventures will be offering regular SUP Fitness courses in Oakmont, PA. This course is designed for anyone looking to get a full-body workout and cardio session while having a blast on a standup paddleboard!
You will not only get an amazing workout, but your guide and instructor will take you to beautiful areas and instruct you on proper paddling technique, SUP Racing Maneuvers, and even some on-water yoga poses!
